Recalls are a well-established global practice; from time to time they are announced by almost all manufacturers of not only cars, but also any other industrial products. But since a car is considered a source of increased danger, it is recalls in the automotive industry that attract the most attention and cause the greatest resonance. Check if your car is covered by a recall campaign. Sometimes manufacturers will recall their cars because of substandard parts or workmanship and repair them for free, regardless of the warranty. This is called a recall campaign. More information on 1957 Chevrolet 150 recalls can be found in this database. Additional Description: We have just added to our extensive exotic car inventory a beautiful 1957 Chevrolet Black Widow tribute in Onyx Black and India Ivory over Black and White cloth with just 1 mile since completion. This car is based on the NASCAR-spec competition model for 1957. Like this car, they started with the 150 body, the lightest available. Under the hood is a fuel injected mill (350 cubic inches here vs 283 originally) with a rowdy cam, bolted to a four speed manual. Wide wheels painted white anchor the car to the ground. Inside, black and white cloth seats match the race car's (NASCAR mandated the stock seat be in place in those days) although for extra utility there's a back seat here. The radio and heater are deleted and there's a Moon tach on the column. The circle track guys used cast iron headers, but they would have much preferred the set of Stahl tubular headers and stainless side exit exhaust on this car. Underneath you'll find all new components in the suspension, a new fuel tank and added sway bars. The engine compartment, like the rest of the car, is highly detailed. This is a very cool car done to a very high standard.Family owned and operated Marshall Goldman Motor Sales and Leasing has been pairing the best in luxury automobiles with discerning customers across the globe since 1978.
