Recalls are a well-established global practice; from time to time they are announced by almost all manufacturers of not only cars, but also any other industrial products. But since a car is considered a source of increased danger, it is recalls in the automotive industry that attract the most attention and cause the greatest resonance. Check if your car is covered by a recall campaign. Sometimes manufacturers will recall their cars because of substandard parts or workmanship and repair them for free, regardless of the warranty. This is called a recall campaign. More information on 1969 Chevrolet CAMARO recalls can be found in this database. It may be useful to use online problems resource that shows automotive defect patterns, based on complaint data submitted by vehicle owners. The problems are organized into groups with data published by vehicle, component, and specific issue. See also an updated list of 1969 Chevrolet CAMARO problems before buying a used car. In most cases, the recall is initiated by the manufacturer. But it also happens that it is forced to do so. The largest and most scandalous recall campaigns were those that were initiated by complaints and lawsuits from consumers through controlling state structures.

Major Options / Build: Trim Package
Additional Description: This 1969 Chevrolet Camaro SS is a real-deal Super Sport that also has one of those total outstanding color coordinating packages that makes this classic instantly attractive. And so when there has been a big investment in restoring this to a clean and classic status (right down to the numbers-matching V8) you know you're looking at something quite special. The appeal of this coupe is as clear as black and white...literally. It has been given a solid investment in respraying the factory-correct Dover White to really make a nice first impression. The shiny paint works with super straight bodywork to offer a combination that truly stands out on arguably the most iconic body style for the Camaro. Plus, there's a well-coordinated dark side as the factory-correct black vinyl roof goes nicely with sporty features, like the dark SS grille, SS mag wheels, and unmistakable black D90 "hockey stick" stripe package that stretches from the fenders to the doors. The performance look comes complete with the SS hood, deep chin spoiler, and full-width rear spoiler. Of course, it wouldn't be a true '60s machine without plenty of brightwork and so they even gave it a new trim package during the restoration. The result is a car that was born with a great look, and it was given the right care and investments along the way to keep it outstanding. The deluxe houndstooth interior is beautifully finished. And while this is an iconic piece that we all love to see on Camaros, it looks especially nice here as the black and white color complements the exterior. The bucket seats feel fresh, and they look great against the pristine door panels and carpeting. There's a time capsule quality here that you see everywhere from the factory-style AM/FM radio to the classic wood-like trim. This is even a factory A/C car! (it was converted to R134a, but it will need a servicing to blow ideally cold again.) But as show-worthy as the interior is, its true appeal lies in the driver-oriented features. Your left hand will love the grip of the classic three-spoke sports steering wheel, and your right one will never want to leave the horseshoe shifter. Under the hood is the numbers-matching 350 cubic-inch V8. This is especially important, because this the correct high performance L48 unit. So that signals a real-deal Super Sport with a sweet V8 in the engine bay. And because this is so special, they made sure it was ready to show off. Even the details are nice, like the correct decals and fresh hoses. The mighty V8 fires up eagerly as it inhales deeply with a four-barrel carburetor. And the dual exhaust makes the kind of sweet tune you'll love. You're really going to want to show off a car like this, and so it feels solid on the road. You also have great driving features, like a three-speed automatic transmission, power steering, and power brakes w/discs up front. This Camaro SS turns heads wherever it goes with its slick paint and ferocious growl. And it has the right features to make sure you enjoy driving it, too. That's why we know it's a hot deal that will be leaving us soon. Call today!!!
