Recalls are a well-established global practice; from time to time they are announced by almost all manufacturers of not only cars, but also any other industrial products. But since a car is considered a source of increased danger, it is recalls in the automotive industry that attract the most attention and cause the greatest resonance. Check if your car is covered by a recall campaign. Sometimes manufacturers will recall their cars because of substandard parts or workmanship and repair them for free, regardless of the warranty. This is called a recall campaign. More information on 1969 Chevrolet CAMARO recalls can be found in this database. Additional Description: The one and only 1969 Vented 454 Convertible CamaroIts here and it is one of the most beautiful 69 Camaros Ive seen. This Camaro has tons of hours in all-metal body customization such as: custom chin spoiler, front valance, rocker trim, shaved door handles, extended cowl hood, exhaust thru-body panel, smoothed / narrowed bumpers, and the stock 69 scallops in the rear quarters that were turned into aggressive looking air vents which contributed to some of the name Vented 454. It is painted Antibes Blue Pearl with Dark Tarnished Silver accent. The engine compartment has firewall smoothed and has radiator support covers. It is stuffed with a great sounding 454 big block that has a Holley EFI fuel system, custom 3 Lemon headers with 3custom exhaust, and a Bowler Performance 700R4 transmission. For that aggressive stance, the chassis was modified with a Martz front sub-frame, and lowering Speed Kit 1 rear springs that support a Moser Ford 9 differential. Front/ Rear Wilwood 4-piston brakes supply the stopping power and the tires sit on Boze ZE forged 18 and 20 inch rims. Of course, the interior was also customized starting with the one off customized dash that filled with Stewart Warner maximum Performance gauges, functional roll bar, custom gray/silver interior seating surfaces, power top with custom boot, and of course a custom sound system featuring two JL sub-woofers and Focal 165KRC speakers driven by Kenwood head(Bluetooth/phone enabled) and amps. It was featured as a centerfold car in Camaro Performers magazine and has build book and receipts. Made to drive and show!
